1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery

  • The issue is reported within 7 days of receiving the product

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • All original tags, labels, and accessories are intact

To initiate a return, customers must provide clear images or videos as proof of the issue.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund, unless damaged or incorrect upon delivery:

  • Personal care and grooming products once opened or used

  • Products purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers

  • Gift cards or free promotional items

RARCO reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

3. Return Process

To request a return or refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info@rarcolifestyle.com within 7 days of delivery

  2. Mention your Order ID and registered contact details

  3. Attach images or videos clearly showing the issue

Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will guide you through the return process.

4. Return Pickup & Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, RARCO will arrange a reverse pickup at no additional cost

  • In cases where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be asked to ship the product back, and shipping costs will be reimbursed upon verification

  • Products must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit

5. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit after confirmation

Please note that shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Replacement Policy

Where applicable, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

  • Replacements are processed only after the returned item is received and verified

  • If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued as per our refund policy

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled

  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or with missing items:

  • Do not accept the delivery, if possible

  • If already accepted, contact us within 48 hours with images or video evidence

  • Claims reported after this period may not be accepted
